The Spa at the Aqquaria Spa Apartments is the perfect complement to your holiday, allowing you to relax your body after a day at the beach or to continue your normal training routine if you wish.
RECOMMENDED CIRCUIT
- 10 minutes Hydromassage to activate circulation and relax muscles
- Finish the circuit with the cold shower
- 15 minutes of gentle swimming to warm up in the indoor pool

- 10 minutes steam bath for the respiratory tract
- 10 minutes sauna for muscle pain as well as relaxing

Spa usage time is subject to availability - one hour per person per day.

SCHEDULES AND CONDITIONS
- The use of a swimming cap is mandatory.
- Children under 12 years of age must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
- Entry is prohibited to anyone under 3 years old.
- The pool area has a maximum capacity of 35 people. If this is exceeded, the center may limit the time spent there.
