RECOMMENDED CIRCUIT
- 10 minutes Hydromassage to activate circulation and relax muscles
- Finish the circuit with the cold shower
- 15 minutes of gentle swimming to warm up in the indoor pool

Spa usage time is subject to availability - one hour per person per day.

SCHEDULES AND CONDITIONS
- The use of a swimming cap is mandatory.
- Children under 12 must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
- Entry is prohibited to anyone under 3 years of age.
- The pool area has a maximum capacity of 35 people. In the case of exceeding, the center may limit the time of stay in it.
*Spa hours vary according to season. In winter, the Spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
