What time can I check-in and check-out?
The official check-in time at the establishment is from 5pm. If your apartment is available beforehand, you will be able to check-in before this time although this cannot be guaranteed. Apartments should be vacated by 12 noon.
Does the hotel have WiFi? Is it free or do I need to pay?
WiFi is available in communal areas and the apartments themselves. This service is available for a fee. It is €2 for one hour, €8 for 24 hours and €25 for seven days.
When do I need to pay for my booking?
When you book on this website, you will be asked for credit card details as a guarantee. You will not be charged at this point. Payment should be made directly in the establishment unless you have purchased a Non-Refundable promotion or offer.
What is a Non-Refundable Rate?
These are rates that must be paid, using the credit card details you provide, when you make your booking. You may not modify or cancel your booking. Once the booking is confirmed, no amount will be returned under any circumstances.
Can I play sports at the establishment?
Apart from the free spa available, we also offer a padel tennis court (for a fee) and you can hire raquets and balls.
Does the hotel have an indoor or outdoor car park?
The complex has an underground car park which is available at an extra cost of €10 per vehicle per night.
What time is reception open?
*24-hour reception from 20 March to 01 November 2016.
From 02/11/16 until 07/04/2017 the reception will be open from 08:00 to 24:00 hours*.

01/01/17 09:00 to 24:00
For late arrivals up 2:00 in the morning, it must be confirmed 48 hours before arrival reception the possibility to collect the keys.

Is there public transport from the hotel?
There is a bus stop near the complex. You can use this service to reach PortAventura Theme Park and different towns and cities in the area, such as Cambrils, Tarragona, Reus and Barcelona.
Are pets permitted?
We are sorry, but no type of animal is permitted in this hotel.
Is the spa free? What age do you have to be to access it?
Yes. The spa is free and has certain opening times which you can consult in reception. The indoor swimming pool area is available to guests over 3 years old, while the spa is available to guests over 14 years old. In order to access the water area, you must use a swimming cap and flip flops.
Do the apartments have a swimming pool?
The apartment has a garden area and two outdoor swimming pools, one large and another for children.
Are the apartments cleaned daily? Are towels and bed sheets included?
The apartments are only cleaned at check-in and check-out: there is no daily cleaning service. Bed sheets and towels are included, and these are changed once a week for stays of a minimum of 7 days in duration.
Do I need to pay a deposit at check-in?
Yes. When you arrive, reception will ask for a cash deposit of €100 per apartment. This will be returned at check-out once the state of the apartment has been checked.
